Before you spend more, find out where it goes today
The audit is the only way to try us out without committing to anything. It produces a list of steps ordered by what brings the most, and it does not matter who carries them out.

Three scopes with a fixed price. The smallest starts here.
A marketing audit is a paid assessment of a company's marketing against a fixed method. It produces a document of findings backed by evidence, a numerical maturity score across twenty areas, a list of quick wins achievable within thirty days, and a ninety-day plan.
No meetings wanted? There is an online version
It covers the twelve areas that can be verified from outside, without a single call and with materials you upload yourself. A smaller scope at a markedly lower price.
What you get
The audit report
A document of findings. Each one states the situation, the evidence, the effect on money, the recommendation and its priority. Nothing without evidence.
A maturity score
A numerical rating of twenty areas on a scale of zero to five, a radar chart and a comparison with competitors.
Quick wins
Five to ten things that can be done within thirty days and take effect immediately.
A ninety-day plan
Concrete steps split by month, with owners and a measure of success.
A presentation of the results
An online meeting over the report. The report goes out the day before, so there is time to read it.
A recommendation on what next
What you can do yourselves, what to commission elsewhere and what we offer. Including when doing nothing is the right answer.
Three things an ordinary audit leaves out
Most audits on the market cover the website, SEO and advertising. That is the state of 2022.
Visibility in AI search
We test ten to twenty real queries across four environments and find out whether an assistant mentions you, in what position, with what description, and who appears instead of you. We also check whether what it says about you is true, and which sources it draws on.
Machine readability and agentic buying
Whether an AI agent can read your products, prices, availability and terms. An agent does not choose by advertising budget but by data quality, which makes this a rare situation where a small company can beat a large one.
Compliance with the new AI rules
From 2 August 2026 the EU requires AI chatbots and synthetic content to be labelled. Almost nobody has it sorted and penalties run into millions of euros or a percentage of turnover.
Twenty areas in four groups
Mini covers the first eight, Standard fifteen, Complete all twenty.
Foundations
- Business and context: how the company earns, margins, capacity, goals
- Customer and market: who you sell to and whether you know it
- Positioning and messaging: why you, and whether you say it the same way everywhere
- Brand and identity: consistency across everything people see
Website and visibility
- Website, content and usability: the site as a sales tool, not as graphics
- Technical condition: speed, accessibility, errors
- SEO: indexing, keywords, links, local search
- Visibility in AI search
- Machine readability and agentic buying
Channels and selling
- Content as a system, not a collection of articles
- Social networks and community
- Email and your own database
- Paid advertising and its economics
- Sales and the conversion process, including a mystery shopper test
- The customer after purchase, and retention
Management
- Data and measurement: whether the company can know what works at all
- Competitors and a comparison matrix
- Law, data protection and the new AI rules
- Tools, processes and people
- Budget and how it is split
What a single finding looks like
This is the whole difference between an audit that gets read and an audit that ends up in a drawer.
What you get elsewhere
The website is slow and should be optimised.
What you get from us
- Situation
- The home page loads in 6.8 s on a phone; the recommended figure is under 2.5 s. The main cause is an uncompressed photo gallery of 11.4 MB.
- Evidence
- PageSpeed Insights, measured 28 July 2026, screenshot in appendix 3.
- Effect
- By your own analytics, 71 % of mobile visitors leave within ten seconds. At 4,200 mobile visits a month and a 1.2 % conversion rate that is an estimated 15 to 25 lost enquiries a month.
- Recommendation
- Convert images to WebP, load them lazily, cut the gallery down on the home page.
- Priority
- High. Low effort, estimated four hours of developer time.
A finding without a quantified effect is a technical note, not an argument for a decision. That is why every finding in the report has a mandatory field for what it means in money.
How maturity is measured
Every area gets a number on the same scale. The same method for every client, otherwise nothing can be compared, not even over time.
The scale
- 0
- Does not exist, the area is not addressed at all
- 1
- Random attempts with no plan and no measurement
- 2
- The basics exist but are inconsistent or out of date
- 3
- Works at an average level, comparable with competitors
- 4
- Above average, systematic and measured
- 5
- Excellent, a competitive advantage
Maturity bands
- 0 to 30 %
- Beginner. Marketing happens at random; the priority is the basics, not optimisation
- 31 to 55 %
- Developing. The basics are there, the system and the measurement are not
- 56 to 75 %
- Mature. It works; the room is in optimisation and new channels
- 76 % and up
- Advanced. The questions are competitive advantage and scaling
Fours and fives are given sparingly. At small companies most areas come out between one and three, and that is a normal state of affairs, not a verdict.
Three scopes, a fixed price
The scope is set in advance, so the price is set too. Nothing gets settled over the phone.

If you start marketing leadership within two months of delivery, the whole price of the audit comes off the first two months. Nobody pays twice for the same thing.
How it runs
Qualifying call
Twenty minutes on what you are dealing with. We pick the scope and say whether an audit makes sense at all.
Order and inputs
Quotation, order, an intake questionnaire and a list of access needed. The clock starts when the access arrives, not when the order does.
Kickoff call
Just under an hour on the business, the customers, the competition and what annoys you most about it.
Data and analysis
Seven to fifteen working days by scope. Manual walkthroughs, measurement, tests, competitor comparison.
Handover
The report a day ahead, then a meeting over it. It ends with a concrete next step and a date.
We always ask for access as a read-only invitation to the account, never a password. We sign a non-disclosure agreement even on the smallest jobs.
What we need for it
- The intake questionnaire filled in: twenty-three questions on the business, the customers and marketing
- Access to traffic measurement and Search Console, if you have them
- Access to ad accounts and email tooling, read-only is enough
- How much you put into advertising monthly and for how long
- What sells best and what has the best margin, roughly at least
- Twenty minutes at the start, an hour for the kickoff and an hour for the handover
If you would rather not share sales figures, the audit will still happen. It will be more cautious, because without margin nobody can say what pays off.
What the audit does not include
Stated up front, because a scope that spreads harms both sides.
- Carrying anything out: website fixes, copy, campaigns
- A full keyword analysis, only a sample and the method
- Design work and redesigns
- A legal opinion. We flag risks; a lawyer gives the opinion
- Unlimited consulting after delivery. One clarifying email within fourteen days, yes
- An audit of the product or of commercial processes beyond marketing
Ten things you can check yourself in an hour
We go through the same list when we need a quick read. In most companies it uncovers at least three serious problems. If it turns out everything is fine, do not buy the audit. Three of them are here, the remaining seven and the complete printable list go out by email.
- 01The five-second test on the home page: does a stranger understand what you do, for whom, and what to do next?
- 02PageSpeed Insights on mobile. Under 50 points is a problem that costs enquiries.
- 03Search Console: what does the organic traffic trend look like over the last twelve months?
The remaining seven and the whole list by email
The email brings the remaining seven points and the complete list of all ten as a two page PDF to print, with tick boxes and room for notes. The second page is a worksheet for the three biggest findings. In exchange for your address and your consent to the notes from the field, which arrive at most once a month and take one click to leave.
The conclusion may be to do nothing right now
It has happened and it will happen again. When a company cannot serve the enquiries it already has, spending more on advertising is the most expensive possible mistake. In that case the document says so, and it is the most useful sentence you can get for the money.
What people ask most
- What is a marketing audit?
- A paid assessment of a company's marketing against a fixed method. It produces a document of findings backed by evidence, a numerical maturity score across twenty areas, a list of quick wins within thirty days and a ninety-day plan. It is not consulting and not delivery, it is a diagnosis.
- How much does a marketing audit cost?
- There are three fixed prices by scope: 7,000 CZK for eight areas, 15,000 CZK for fifteen and 30,000 CZK for all twenty, all excluding VAT. The price is fixed rather than a starting figure, because the scope is set in advance.
- How long does it take?
- Seven to fifteen working days by scope. The clock starts when access arrives, not when the order does, because an audit cannot be done without data.
- What if we have no data or analytics at all?
- We say so on the qualifying call and adjust the scope. Missing measurement is a finding in itself, usually one of the most important: until a company has data it can trust, any decision about budget is guesswork.
- Do we have to order more work afterwards?
- No. The report is written so that it can be followed without us, and each step says whether you can handle it yourselves or should commission it. If you do start marketing leadership within two months, the price of the audit comes off the first two months.
- How is this different from the audits everyone offers?
- By three things ordinary audits leave out: a test of visibility in AI search, an assessment of machine readability for agentic buying, and a check against the European AI rules that apply from August 2026. On top of that, every finding has a mandatory quantified effect on money.
- Will our people take it as criticism of their work?
- The report describes the situation and its consequences, not blame, and always says what works too. We do not run down the work of previous suppliers. We expect it at the presentation, because somebody in the room usually did that marketing.
- Can we buy the audit even if our website is not from you?
- Yes. The audit is a service of its own and does not assume we built the site. If it turns out the website is the problem, we will say so even when you have the fix done elsewhere.
